Joe checked in for the Toronado out of Pierpoint Landing. We ended up getting 17 or 18 of the big mean bluefin tuna and we got our butts kicked yesterday. There were a lot of casualties but the guys did their best, it's tough to land these fish on lighter line. We even got a couple on the poppers which was really coo. These are all better grade fish of 40-60lbs and the guys are having a challenge landing them on lighter line. We have around 15 fish on the deck so far with a couple in the 100lb range. There are tuna and yellowtail at the banks and that's what we want to get.
